also i am using H80i.

Perfectly OK, what's your CPU voltage (see it in the BIOS).
What do you use to stress?? prime95 small fft (only CPU stress) OR prime95 Blend (CPU+memory stress, best one for long term stability).
OR OCCT??
MAX temp is 38 means that your 6300 heats up to maximum 38 degrees C right??

That is about what mine does... I'm also running a 6300 with an H100i my max temp under 100% load is high 30s. Beware though... the FX temp sensor gives funny readings... you need to go off the socket temp and not the core temp.. my core at idle reads 9c but the socket temp reads 22c at idle

Temps for AMD below 40c on the core or socket are inconsistent.

That is what I'm staying.... they are hard to monitor... I have 3 ways to monitor mine... I use monitoring programs such as hwinfo64 and cpuidhw but I also use a infrared heat laser.. and a secondary temp monitor mounted to the back side of my boards CPU socket... and temps are consistent with the programs

Stress testing it for over 24 hours while at work with prime95 small fft, and also monitoring the temps with three different programs (CoreTemp, Hardware Monitor and fan speed)

All program saying on full load the temps sit around 35 to 39 .

This is with the H80i @4.6GHz @1.2750V.

The h80i is a monster I'm sure you are good to 5ghz

It's not recommended to run multi temp monitoring software at the same time. As they may/can interfere with each other and cause false readings. Also as jason387 said FX chips temps below 30C are inaccurate.

Is there a program that you can recommend that is accurate.
