I'm aware Haswell tends to get hot I really am, but it's really out of the price range unfortunately. Maybe in future.

Those are better coolers in the same price range with fans that are more quiet then the one on the 212 Evo
Replace the RAM with Kingston HyperX Genesis or Beast
Replace the Samsung 840 Pro with the Samsung 840 Evo
