Bitfenix spectre fan vs Artic cooling F14

Hello all, in the middle of doing a rebuild right now and looking to put a 140mm fan on my side panel. i have some 140mm fans laying around but there just stock case cooler master ones im looking for something a little bit better.

I am looking between a Bitfenix spectre all white 140mm fan or a Artic Cooling F14 pwm fan (going to a fan controller so doesnt matter for pwm too much)

here are the links to the place which i will be buying them from since its local and i can pick up and no shipping.
http://www.outletpc.com/bc5962.html bitfenix
http://www.outletpc.com/sr3132-arctic-cooling-pwm-140mm-case-fan.html artic cooling

I currently have 2 of the artic cooling 120mm fans i like them there quiet at low speeds but do get a little loud at higher speeds. the bitfenix are a couple DB quieter at 18 compared to 24 for the ACs but not sure how accurate that DB rating is from the manufacturer

Never had a bitfenix fan before so not to sure if there good i like the design though being all white itll match my build perfect, since i switched all to white from my multi colored build before

Arctic f14
NZXT FZ140
Phanteks PH-F140XP

My experience with these are the Arctics push slightly less air than the NZXT and with higher pitch sound while the NZXT sounds more like a hum(moving air), the Phanteks push more air at about the same noise level.

Forget the Bitfenix, if you could get the Arctics okay but I would go with the Phanteks if you would consider.

I like the look of the phanteks but outletpc doesnt have any of theres. I am trying to get it from there so i can get it now and not pay for shipping just ordered a bunch of stuff for my loop dont feel like waiting for another package lol

outletpc has the NZXT but its not the FZ140 its FX140LB the LB not XP http://www.outletpc.com/ia9521.html

I dont know if thats as good or not says 43-94 cfm which seems rather good for specs but dont know how accurate it is

Here's a vid to kind of help you on the NZXT FX, it has its own 3 stage control. If you don't like the noise or fan then get for the Arctics.

I dont mind the noise to much because i would always have it on low and put it on high just when i am stress testing and such. I like the scythe but its black and wont match.

I think i might go for the NZXT so atleast i have the option of moving a crap load of air i can with that, seems like it moves alot more than the artic. do you know if you can still use it with a fan controller with that 3 stage control? dont want that wire hanging out anywhere id rather put it on my controller
