Derpinheimer the best thing about this great consumer market is that people have tons of choices on what products they want to purchase. Some people care about warranty so they products with good warranties; some people just have money to spend and have a good reputation on not breaking their own hardware so if they can get their hands on a cheaper product with the same performance but maybe less warranty, then its a good product FOR THEM.
You dont need to buy this card, no one is forcing you. OP even said that he found HIS next video cards, did you see him say that everyone should get it? No.
Sometimes you have to realize that some people dont even RMA they cards, they just buy another brand new card because they can simply afford it so warranty is not a problem for them. In the "game" of watercooling, you deal with more risks that can indeed mess up your hardware if you dont know what youre doing; but sometimes people can just take great care of their cards and watercooling hardware and not even need to touch warranty at all.
