first boot HDMI issue + inverted mouse?

Hello,

so I just booted up my brand new machine and ive come across a problem...
Im connected to my LOGIC L24DIGB10 with a HDMI cable and the screen is shifted across to the right by about 1/4th of the screen.

so problem number one is how to get the screen back to the correct location (I have tried moving the H and V scale of my screen but it doesnt move the image by much at all, its a larger adjustment then i can make.

problem number two is that my mouse acts weird. (Razer Naga)
When i move up, the cursor moves left
When i move down, the cursor moves right
When i move left, the cursor moves up
When i move right, the cursor moves down

what is going wrong here?

I am about to temporarily try plugging a DVI - VGA converter to see if that does any difference and ill post back the result.

Kind Regards,
Penfold

ok so, the dvi-vga converter works... correcting my screen issue and the mouse didnt work on UEFI mode but worked on once i loaded windows setup disk.

I will hopefully install the drivers and see if there are any changes
