Is it honestly worth getting a 4770k over a 3770k for just gaming?

Hey I have a z77 motherboard already so getting a 3770k would be very convenient for me. But on the other hand should i buy a new motherboard and a 4770k or even wait until a 5770k releases. The i7 runs around $350 and after this purchase that would be it for upgrading for a very long time (like 3-4 years) so I want it to last. I have a 3570 non k now by the way and a 660TI overclocked

Difference are minimal...only an i7 6 core can make the difference in the future(2years or less)

Honestly the i5-3570k will be just as fast in 90% of games. Save another $100 instead of spending another $100.

Buying a 3570k would be the wisest choice for gaming wink.gif
