New Build, Stuck on EULA for some reason..Help Needed

Well after several years I finally decided to get back into PC gaming. I have the following parts

Cooler Haster Haf X
Asus ROG VI Gene
i74700k
H100i
Evga SC gtx 770
2x 4gb Crucial Ballistix Sport
Samsung 840 evo 120g
WD 1tb Caviar Blue

Everything is plugging in. I played around in the bios for a minute to make sure the CPU temps were good. Memory is fine, even ran a men test.

The problem

I am starting the install of Windows 7. My keyboard is detected, my mouse is detected. When I get to the EULA, I cannot select I Accept these terms, scroll down, or click next. My mouse moves just fine though.

What should I be looking at, I have tried restarting several times but it sticks at this screen every time.

Just went through again and checked all the cables, everything is nice and snug. I'm pretty stumped. There is a small checkerboard box around the I accept the license terms area, but the moment I click anything it vanishes. I can still use the mouse, but nothing reacts to the click.

Oddly enough, I went through the bio settings and saw that my SSD was not detected.

on my board I thought the sata ports went
1357
2468

however it works

0135
0246

The drive is detected now, however when going back to windows, I am still stuck on the Eula...

I used Alt + a to get past it, tried doing it without using the mouse at all..it worked.

No idea why it is frozen up we are installing now so hopefully I'll be able to finish the install and get things working right.

when you say stuck u mean pc freez or can't move the mouse

it might be just the keyboard and mouse issue nothing else
means they don't run without drivers etc.. and that happens

try using USB to install or try another usb if you already using one

also try dvd if usb keep giving same issue

I'm pretty sure it was a mouse issue. I even had issues with the mouse for awhile after the install, now everything appears to be running smoothly.

I'm letting everything settle in a bit...and then I start my first OC
