New asus board, new problems

I've been googling left and right to try to find a fix. I do not know where the issue lies.

Switched out a z77 ud3h to a z77 sabertooth today. Did the usual install, anti-static bracelet as I always do. Replaced old motherboard, put in the new.

So, fans spin, lights turn on, no beeps at all, mobo wont post, can't get signal whether with onboard hdmi or gpu and dvi cable. Tried flipping speaker on mobo just to see, and no beeps still. Reset button will not work no way on this mobo(was starting to think mobo has issues)

Tried with two rams, tried with one ram, tried using that ram on many slots. Tried different bran of ram. Removed any HDD's to see if it posts.
Currently trying to do this bios flashback and it just gives me the solid light and tells me something is wrong (whether the usb, or the filename, or etc)

It wont post, can't get to bios, getting no beeps.

Little clueless, running out of ideas, its pretty late, I hate not being able to resolve problems frown.gif

Did you overlook the CPU power connection? It's a common error that can cause these exact symptoms.

Also, disconnect and reconnect all power connections, including the ATX 24pin.
