Gigabyte DQ6 OC and "ctrl/F1" command--HELP

Stupid question--exactly when do you hit ctrl/F1 in order to get the advanced bios with gigabyte? I have a DQ6 with the F7 bios. I have been able to get there once, I think. I got my memory timings in at 4-4-4-12, but I can't get back to that screen. I've tried the F1 thing right after "DEL" to enter setup, I've tried it after entering the main bios screen, and after entering the MIB screen in the bios. BTW, the MIB screen shows always in the F7 bios--but without the memory timings screen. Also, the default dimm voltage in this board seems to be 1.8v. I'm running Patriot extreme EPP which defaults at 2.2v. I presume to get there I will need to adjust the DRR2 overvoltage on the MIB screen to +0.40 v--yes?

When you are sitting at the main bios screen is when you hit Ctrl F1.
