Everyone here is assuming video and why is that just because he has no screen? there are other factors to that besides a video card ? Could be monitor, cables, CPU, Motherboard, etc.....

I never removed the CPU from the socket during the entire wc process. During installation of the CPUWB i accidentally used one of the wrong post screws, and then tried to screw in the cap. The WB barely made contact with the CPU though when I did this though, so I doubt there would be any effect. For the GPU Waterblocks, I installed the perfectly, just followed the instructions for the thermal pads, and then used MX-4, went without hitch for both. First took 30 minutes to install, second took like 10-15?

I have a front eSata port on my computer, I unplugged that from the motherboard, and now it is stuck on error 99.

Appears to be PCIe related...

EDIT: I tried booting again, got past 99 (without removing GPUs), and still stuck A2, going to try removing everything except keyboard mouse, 1 monitor, and boot drive.

Contacted Asrock support. I am just hoping that I don't have to replace the motherboard... Especially considering that I just installed the loop...

Try reseating the CPU and then the waterblock on it. Make sure you don't screw unevenly during install as well.

I know for a fact that the CPU is seated correctly. It was working fine before i installed the Watercooling, and I never removed it from its socket.

He's saying you may have screwed the waterblock down too tight or inevenly damaging the pins. It is possible. Just because it was working fine and the CPU never left its socket doesn't mean that it couldn't have been damaged. Were just trying to cover all the bases.
Also, did you try Rickles suggestion of trying onboard video? I would go one step further with that and remove both GPUs and CPU block and try it with the stock cooler

It doesn't matter if you removed it or not. It is a LGA CPU meaning it can move slightly during installation (just from adding/removing the cooler). You want help but are not willing to troubleshoot. That is what I would be checking. IMO though since it is a drive error code the CPU likely just needs a reseat since you have checked the drives. The other thing you can check If you have another GPU is to test that. If it works then the install of the block is improper. Hopefully nothing was damaged.

Didn't mean to insult, just didn't see how CPU could change. I will try that now.

Reseated CPU, no change. Spread with TIM was perfect, reached edges of CPU without going over.
