Warranty Policy
Limited Warranty

Koolance Incorporated warrants each new Koolance liquid cooling system, water block, other other "Koolance-labeled" product, against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase (unless otherwise specified), and agrees to repair or replace any defective Koolance liquid cooling system or cooler without charge. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. Products shipped from companies or individuals not listed on Koolance's website as an official reseller are not covered by Koolance's product warranty (for example: Ebay). This warranty is non-transferable.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ACCIDENT, MISUSE OR ABUSE, LACK OF REASONABLE CARE, PHYSICAL DAMAGE, CORROSION, SHIPPING DAMAGE, MODIFICATIONS, THE AFFIXING OF ANY ATTACHMENT NOT PROVIDED WITH THE PRODUCT, OR OPERATING COMPONENTS AT SPEEDS OR FUNCTIONS OTHER THAN THOSE SPECIFIED BY THEIR MANUFACTURERS.

Use of 3rd-party replacement parts, coolants, or coolant additives will void this warranty. Koolance Incorporated will not pay for warranty service performed by a non-authorized repair or diagnostic service and will not reimburse the consumer for damage resulting from warranty service performed by a non-authorized repair service. No responsibility is assumed for any special incidental or consequential damages due to a defective Koolance product. No other warranty, written or oral, is authorized by Koolance Incorporated.

Return shipments without a valid RMA number will be refused. The product must be shipped postage prepaid to an authorized Koolance service location. It is suggested that, for your protection, you return shipments of product by insured mail, insurance prepaid. Damage occurring during shipment is not covered by this warranty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Disclaimer

IN NO EVENT SHALL KOOLANCE INCORPORATED OR ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, MANUFACTURERS, OR CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR CHARACTER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY COMPENSATORY, INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF INCOME OR PROFIT, LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OR PERSONS, CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES, OR OTHER LOSSES OF ANY KIND OR CHARACTER, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE HAS BEEN NOTIFIED TO KOOLANCE INCORPORATED.

Koolance RMA guy says:

The reality is that the pump failed because it ran dry, unattended, for several hours. That is not a fault of Koolance and thus we cannot provide warranty service as such.

Where specified Warranty policy have to be aware of the place without absent if the product fails or not? THAT IS NEW?

Imho, I feel that Koolance doesn't want to step up and help beyond their "duty" due to the fact op is in another country. I've seen this happen unfortunately with many members outside the US. Had you been inside the US, there's a proabability they could have taken the pump back and issued a refurbished one. I'm sure they'll send the bad one to their oem for reconditioning. A'las, the shipping is primarily the killer in all this. A good example was ppcs.com sending a Brazilian member the wrong waterblock. They didn't wanna pay for shipping until the community threw up a ruckus. Still, they're in the right to deny warranty (koolance) and though they could say "we'll make an exception this tiem", the fact that you're in Argentina makes it harder for them to make that exception. Remember these are small companies and they need to ensure unnecessary expenses. I would encourage to find a domestic retailer for future purchases that can help w/ any returns/warranty. Unfortunately buy everything out in USA. Payment and shipment reaches me.
Here not sell anything.

Actually I do not like at all this makes me Koolance, knowing that failure is the pump that has stuck its label and sold themselves to me.

Would like you to send all failed pumps for countries outside USA and we pay with good money.

If there were in the business of Koolance, would present me personally and would require me a new pump or give me back my money.

But of course ... As I'm here on the other side of the world, pay for the product, pay the shipping ... He cared wash their hands.

In all Argentinean forums are already aware of this ... A shame because they care little or nothing to meet the need of a customer who paid them the price that your product is worth good money and fed them ... And they just wash their hands.

Excuse me, but recently went back to read the Warranty.
And nowhere specifies that you must meet only in USA, but in all countries equally applies.

So I demand that Dylan, the Koolance RMA, wanted to explain why I did not want to cover me. Given the pictures and words to express.

I think you're out of luck man. The Koolance rep seems to holding pretty strong that it was a combination of user error and use of third party coolant, no matter how ridiculous that may seem. Being in a different country doesn't help your cause but I don't think that's the main reason you were denied an RMA. I think you're just kicking a dead horse at this point. You might just have to cut your losses and learn from the experience and give your future business to another company going forward

Im sorry about your loop. I'd be devastated....

That being said, this is really a case of buyer beware. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING in your loop is Koolance brand... Your choice of case is top notch (and big $$$). So what in the world made you cheap out on the coolant??? If you read the warranty on ANY of those products, it does state use of other liquids is a deal breaker...

I know your angry, but is it fair to rant so hard against them for something that is clearly not because of bad quality parts?

just my two cents...

Here I would like to know which users use the Koolance Coolant.
I'm sure FEW .

Discuss what I here respond to Argentina users forums and all of what they say they laughed .

All are resting here first was to assemble wrong loop, after the oring was defective .
When I finally got the pictures, all remained silent and gave me reason.

If the loop were poorly armed, I would be flooded throughout the case .
Thank God that didn't happen and the water is filtered by the pump (Koolance understood that the end was the failure to put the pump after photos, but I don't want to recognize the RMA because "not used Koolance Coolant " and because I WAS NOT WHEN IT HAPPENED IN MY HOUSE!)

For more information read the last replied me the Koolance guy: http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/800x600q90/546/fe3y.jpg

So for there are no more questions, I will comment that empty and fill the loop infinite times since I put together in May 2013 .
I check the PH of the water infinite times and always gave me normal.

Now I ask the user Mayhem if I control the PH of the water with the instructions provided in the product, and normal values always throw me, I run the risk of damaging something?
I believe not.

Indeed photo evidence was left in the pump fails to filter the water, turning stay without water and that I cause the axle broke.

I can have the loop in case of low-end, one brand "duckling", or in a Lian-Li, and that HAS NOTHING TO DO that use coolant.
Both low-end case as one of "duckling" brand, the problem of the failure of the pump had just happened.

The case remained CLOSED during computer use. And spare me the famous "gelatin" I chose to use distilled water and Mayhems biocide, which incidentally worked excellently and I'll keep buying.
