Pick my TIM

OK so I have been reading a lot here and it seems I am going to de-lid my CPU next week but before I can do that I need a TIM!

I have read that Prolimatech PRO- is not a bad idea. My question is. Which one? I have both in my cart and dont know the difference.

Prolimatech PRO-PK1-5G PK-1

or

Prolimatech PRO-PK3-5G

Any insight is appreciated so I can BUY NOW thumb.gif

If you are going to Delid you don't want to use a TIM like PK3 or PK1 on the DIE. You want to use Cool Labs Ultra on the DIE and then Prolimatech PK3 on the IHS.

Thanks for the link to the guide. I have ordered both TIM's and am getting excited now!
