start at stock, and increase clock speed in increments of .1 until you can't boot into windows(make sure before this you turn off turbo boost if that is there, and any unnecessary power saving options), then increase the voltage in tiny increments until you can get into windows(do NOT go past 1.55v with that chip, but i doubt you'll get to that point on that cooler anyway). Play with it back and forth how you wish, using prime 95 to test for stability. when you find something you are happy with that seems stable after a couple hours with safe temps, run prime95 overnight to ensure 24/7 stability.
That's the best I can give you, I'm not at all the best overclocker, I'd refer to different guides and threads on this forum for help
