[TT] Captherm Systems unveils MP1120 multi-phase cooling (made with 500lbs. of explosives... ) - Page 13

Obviously this is all conjecture.
I don't know how much coolant there is inside or what the ratio of of vapor to liquid is or where it is.

Sure would be nice if they would give us some more information. biggrin.gif

Their FB page says they will be releasing it by the end of April so I would expect more information will be available soon.

I seriously doubt it - it costs like four times as much too.

Assuming it will perform like their original testing did MP1120 will have similar performance to 14PE and other top coolers. And considering it's small size that is exceptional performance.

Indeed. MP1120 is a very high tech / quality cooler.. but that comes at a high price. biggrin.gif

The original testing showed it around h80i IIRC (few degrees off) which means that it likely wouldn't perform well when you throw 200 watts at it

Would think they would have everything to gain to make a cooler with similar tech but twice the size.

Is the radiator part maybe leaning to the side because it wouldn't work in a tower case otherwise? Is there something known about what position they want you to install it? Would it have to point towards the top instead of rear for example?

Yup!..thumb.gif
Top of radiator needs to be highest point when mounted.
