http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835106189 but when I bought it there was a higher discount + $25 rebate so total it was like $40, but that'll be after 6 months as usual. Either way, for $40 I think that's a good deal Keeping the Hyper212+ as backup incase something fails down the road though. So I think it'll work out in the end very well.

[edit] Total was $65 with rebate, so for $75 I got the cooler and Artic MX-4 all under the normal price.

Well for $40 it's worth a try and in the end, I should get 40 out of it if I'm not satisfied.

Just got it yesterday, running 4.7! Gonna push it later but it's 8hrs stable in P95 and have already done IBT AVX runs so I'm callin it. 4.7GHz@1.475v! I'm callin this a win win, highest temp was 57c, not bad at all. VRMs pushin 89, a bit crazy but they didn't throttle. I'm going to try for 4.8 next, thinking it might not be possible as voltages seem to need increasing more and more every notch up.

This is very acceptable for now, oddly I had to turn CPU PLL down even though many say to raise it on Gigabyte boards. Temps were CRAZY high with it on 2.695 but this is a rev 4.0 board with digital power management so idk.

You think I'd get much better with something else? Or should I stick with this? I think 4.7 for 24/7 is decent.

Oh yeah, didn't think of it that way. From HWMonitor it's saying that I'm pushing max 230w, which is probably close with an average of 204w. Hmmm, saved myself 130 wink.gif hahaha

But I meant cooling, think better options would get me there (or more) with lower temps? I might not get a rebate =( =( Which will make me kind of annoyed but for $65 this was still a great performance in cooling for me. I like the space and if I did a lil' case mod (cut out the built in 120 grill with a dremel) I would get even more case room. Thing's freaking massive, which I would love to have that room (I like an open case, easier management).

Better choices.maybe the zalman resetator max 3 with dual 120mm rad or the swiftech h220,cooler master eisberg/glacer 240l would give you the same frecuency with 6/8c less.but for the heatsink side the nh d14/heligon he01 would be the equivalent of your TT water with the benefit of vrm cooling plus capacity of triple fan.
