Thoughts on Samsung LED Monitors + Good Budget LED Suggestion.

My old monitor is about dead, it was a Samsung LED PX2370 I think, anyways I've had it for like 5 years now so it's been good.
But Im looking for a new monitor and wanted to see what everyones opinions of Samsung LED Monitors was? Mine has treated me well.

Im not looking for crazy resolutions (just 1080p), or anything super expensive. Would like to stay under 250. The samsung ones are nice because I can pick it up at my local Best Buy.

However any other suggestions? Im not really super knowledgeable on monitors. Just looking for a reliable brand mainly (I hate dead pixels)

Thanks.

DO NOT WORRY ABOUT CONTRAST RATIO
That ratio is not the same with all companies.
You want to look for the Response Time GTG (Gray to Gray).
Also, Refresh Rate, I would recommend 120Hz, but is not necessary.
if close to keyboard 23" to 27", you do not want anything smaller or bigger
I currently have an ASUS VG278HE, it has Nvidia 3D Vision
Samsung is good also, same with LG.
Hope this helps.

I guess I looked at Samsung because I have a Best Buy card and the local best buys usually carry a lot of Samsung monitors, my brother has an older ASUS LCD but its lasted him for years!
