How did a 660Ti get #2 in HOF for Firestrike single GPU?

This is the link to the score: http://www.3dmark.com/fs/1397489

I do not recognize the person (user#4193956) and the clocks on the GPU are not that amazing (ok, maybe it is for the 660Ti) in the grand scheme of things. Am I missing something here?

It isn't a single 660, this is why I don't really look at the futuremark HOF to see what the high scores are. The systeminfo doesn't always get things right (multi gpu vs. single) & bugged scores can take a while to get fixed.
