10 degree difference between cores

Well I just got a haswell rig up and running and noticed under load there is a constant 10 degree difference between core 0 and core 3 sometimes more... I know that it's common for one core to be cooler than the rest even under full load but is 10 degrees normal or should I try to reseat/ reapply thermal paste?

heres a screenshot under prime95 for reference

haswell overclocking at it's finest... super hot even under a full loop.

Edit also i'm not delidded or anything *yet*

Yeah, I experience the same thing on my haswell chip even without an overlock but it's more around 6-7 degrees different at the very most.

Here's mine during gaming and regular browsing. I use an antec 620.
