I've been looking at Gigabyte's radeon r9 290 http://www.komplett.no/gigabyte-radeon-r9-290-4gb-gddr5/801845#!tab:extra

But i don't know if my 650w PSU will be enough, i might sell my PSU to my brother and get a 850w psu

My PSU: http://www.komplett.no/xfx-proseries-core-edition-650w-psu/657686

Might buy this: http://www.komplett.no/xfx-proseries-core-edition-850w-psu/657688

i would recommend the sapphire tri-x r9 290 . the stock cooler designs are not so good wrt temps and noise. its totally worth investing in a custom cooler r9 290 like the sapphire tri-x which has got the best reviews.

I believe the post topic says BUDGET build. The price is part of the question. Don't keep posting items that are twice the price of the items that he posted.
