thanks for this Lutro0 and I hope he does contact me I did not want to have to start this thread and file paypal claim but I just could not see loosing 500 dollars when I did nothing wrong....

Over an hour ago on here I was told he would be contacting me and it has been on his fave book for over 5 hours and I still have not heard from him.. really wondering!!!! Does not seem like the right way to do business to me. Have a customer that has been very patient and then say you are contacting them and they still not hear from you. Actually the below was said on facebook

So 5 hours ago he said it was getting sorted away from the forums and I have not received anything from him!!! So I see how it is being sorted..

I also have sent him another email to the following addresses with a email trail and invoices attached!!

2000 orders in a year that is less than 6 a day... busy busy!!

and nothing!!! Sorry gents but this I don't see how this is very honest and good business practices..

As you can see from the above post how honest he is he said over 6 hours ago he was getting it sorted well how is he doing this because he has not contacted me???

Ya if you don't have something in stock and have no definitive date on when you're going get it AND have the customers money.... it's time to refund. The order can be placed later/ customer can purchase elsewhere and it avoids situations like this.

I would add the invoices of your first purchases that were not shipped to the paypal dispute.
Common sense is lacking in some folks, sorry you're experiencing incompetence.

I have done this and hope for the best but looks like I am just going to learn and expensive and valuable lesson here!!!!

He is on uk time so you will most likely get a reply overnight or early morning.
