GTX 760 sttuterring

So I bought my video card last Dec 26, and yesterday I was playing all my games normally. Today I played CS GO which is always on all low settings and my game starts to stutter. Idk what is happening, I tried updating the card and it didn't fix it. Idk If I should call for RMA from gigabyte. Does anyone else have the same problem as me?

(Gigabyte GTX 760 Rev 2.0)

Not overclocked, 1980x1080 1 monitor atm, temps are maxing at 52-55 while playing.

PS: I fixed the stuttering yesterday, I just reseated the card again and actually screwed them on the case now because before I was just relying on the clip of the case.
