Hmm... There's lower speed fans. You could also try 'undervolting' your fans. Instead of giving it 12V, giving it 7V or 5V. Both these options would reduce your maximum cooling.

Else a VRM fan controller might be an idea. I don't recall it being used for VGA coolers but it can't be that hard to use it that way...

I'm at the edge of my knowledge on this subject though smile.gif

I didn't think about lowering the voltage to the fans. Actually I never heard of adjusting the settings for voltage on a GPU card. So that is possible with Evga Precision or MSI Afterburner?

I believe that would involve manually rewiring some, well, wires. I know it can be done with case fans. I believe instead of linking the +12V to the ground (giving 12V diff) you link +12V to +5V (giving 7V diff). Or you link 5V to ground (giving 5V diff).
