PC boot up problem.

Recently built a new rig. Ran it fine for a week and a half perfectly until i installed graphics card. Once i dropped it in there ive had an issue where as when i turn the power on the computer turns on, the ram turns on, the harddrives run, the fans and coolers run, however there is no power to the peripherals (keyboard, mouse, monitor, etc). When i hit the reset button after a second or two, the computer boots up like normal and everything works (seemingly) perfectly. Dont know if anythings broken due to the fact everything eventually works, would just like it to power up from a complete shut down.

Build.
Intel core i7 4770k
Asus Maximus VI Hero
Crucial Ballistic 16g
Corsair RM750
EVGA GTX 780 FTW
NZXT Kraken x80

Could be a PSU problem

Its not even a very good PSU you bought

Do you have another PSU you can try

Sounds like a PSU problem to me. If not that then something with the motherboard, check all connections again and make sure the mobo isn´t shorted out somewhere. But I´m thinking PSU as well.
