PC shuts off randomly - Page 5

I've noticed nobody has brought this up, but what kind of case do you have?
I have seen this happen with a single bad cable to the pcie card. in this case a pcie cable was home made and 2 pins were loose in the connector over a very short bit of time one of the pins would not make contact at all and the pc would shut down immediately. i opened the case to rule out hardware started disconnecting drives and got no change got down to the vid cards and there it was copper was showing at the power supply. the pcie cable was replaced and all issues were gone. Just an idea test the power supply and check all cables for any loose pins. Good Luck

Lol... just please.. slow down.
Even a bad mosfet could cause this.
Either on the board or the gpu or even the psu...

Take it to a shop.
If you got it recently.. take it to the shop you got it.
most parts do have a warranty.
As a experiment try disconnecting anything your pc does not need to run..
your extra drives, ect..

If you're running on top of an anti static bag take out the bag you're sorting the motherboard
