Are there any good PWM LED fans for Static Pressure.

I am looking to add some blue LED 120mm fans to my Hyper 212 evo in my case. Are there any good options out there. I can find all kinds of good case fans but nothing for static pressure. I am will to sacrifice some performance for looks.

Ehume at Overclockers http://www.overclockers.com/cooler-master-jetflo-fan-review
Modders Inc http://www.modders-inc.com/cooler-master-jetflo-series-fans-overview/2/ <-- Gentle Typhoons are the best 3 pin fans
LanOC http://lanoc.org/review/cooling/6732-cooler-master-jetflo-120-pwm-fan?showall=&start=2 <-- didn't do RPM or noise vs CFM so it's skewed
Hitechlegion http://www.hitechlegion.com/reviews/cooling/heatsinks/37473-cm-jetflo-120?showall=&start=2 <--- no comparison to other fans other than H220 stock fans
dvtests http://dvtests.com/?p=14197 <-- free air for a high pressure fan is a joke review... or something that is absolutely useless for the intended purpose

You should never go off box specs , people selling you products lie regularly.

P.S. the Rosewill RFX-120BL is listed as 3 pin
