I am a right arm amputee and have been gaming since the NES. Unfortunately, I am missing my right arm and as you know, this is a right handed world. This leads to issues when playing a lot of games that heavily rely on the R1/R2 buttons in addition to the R stick. I can do one or the other obviously, but not both. This is why most of my gaming is done on PC with the exception of console exclusives.

For years I have explored different types of controllers from Ben Heck's Access Controller to Penguin's Eagle Eye adapter. But nothing really feels the way the regular controller does. So until game developers start making controls customizable in all games, I am trying to find a programmable controller option.

One that is very appealing due to the way it works is the XCM swapper. Anyone ever use one of these? Ordering direct from China always scares me. Anyone have other ideas?
