you don't get the point of this tv if you think "i rather buy a house than buying this tv"
If your argument is "i rather buy... (insert investment idea here)" then this TV isn't for you. Those who can afford this more than likely have an invest property or 10 and probably using the proceeds from them to buy this bad boy.

Location, Location, Location.

You forgot Location. Real estate is still rather cheap in the US anyways. Come up to Canada and be prepared to be gouged. 500k gets you a semi detached, 1800 sqft on what, a 60 ft lot. This is a typical builder home too. Or you could venture downtown and spend that money to get a 800sqft condo! lmao

You can see far worse here in the USA if you look at certain areas.

Where I live I was just looking at a 3,700 Sq Ft 5 bedroom 3 bath 3 car garage, built in the last decade, supreme build quality. Cost was $320,000. Where I live in Oregon we have not the highest cost of properties, but towards the higher end for Oregon.

Heck, 45 minutes East of where I live a new build house was on the market for $150,000. It was a 2900 Sq Ft 3 bedroom 2 bath, it was just out in a small town kind of in the middle of nowhere.

C'mon, they announce a huge price, then sell it for, say, $15,000; anyone would say "wow, it's a bargain" and love Samsung for being so people friendly wink.gif

That's pretty good. 320,000$ for nearly 4,000 sq ft, 5 beads, 3 car garge etc.

I'm an hour/50km north of Toronto and prices are about 400k CAD for the town/semi detached. Prices near the city... you don't want to know. There was this small bungalow that sold for 1 or 1.1 mil because it was by the subway and there is major development going on.

Not just Toronto too
