My Graphics score was 10128 (factory) on my Overclocked i7 930 @ 4.2 ghz. So I would say there is nothing wrong with your card, and you're certainly not bottlenecking your gpu with that CPU. I would however try and overclock it to atleast 3.7+ghz for a better experience.

My 930 never goes over 54% in games with hyperthreading on and the GPU load is always at full load (99%). I honestly don't think any i7 can bottleneck a GPU unless the game is a cpu intensive one like Starcraft but even then you will most likely be fine, however I have no first hand experience with those strategy games.

Well in bf4 my fps goes up and down ALOT it seems most people with a gtx 780 range between 80-100+ where as I dip as low as 40 and shoot up to 90. However when it dips to 40 theres usually a huge cpu spike.
