Ya I can just imagine it's gonna be hard day if you mess up that rig if something goes wrong? Why did you go with the impact, if you don't mind me asking? Are you thinking about using ln2 on your cpu too later on?

I have a rampage black edition but I am putting that back into my sth10 right now. I was going to do an mitx build but I never did so I use the impact and 4770k as a work computer until I figure out what I want to do with them. I will probably just set up a little mitx test bench. I know the impact is small but it's an amazing board. The second I saw it I fell in love and had to buy it. I thought maybe it would hold a gpu back a little compared to a eatx but it doesn't at all.

Ya I know, that motherboard is really awesome I checked one out this weekend in microcenter and almost got it with a 4770k but luckily my girlfriend was there to stop me. I'm trying to build a mITX rig for when I go to south africa over the summer but its just hard to drop a 3770k for a 4770k cause I feel it isn't that big of a difference. The reason why I asked it because you stroked me as a go big or go home type of guy so was just wondering. There you have me watching ln2 videos on youtube now haha. How do you feel about using ln2 on the cpu later?

Bah I wish I never read about this card. I'm building my first custom loop and been thinking of putting my 3x ref 780s under water. But I'd like to do it with dual KPEs now.. tongue.gif It'd be nice to know for how long this card will be available for purchase.

Can't say I really like the looks of the stock card, but under water...wink.gif

For rads i would look at a 360/45mm in push or pull, for the 280 also a 45mm in push/pull,you could also use a 420/45mm top (push or pull) rad with slight modding of the 5.25 bay or a 420/30mm top (push or pull) without any modding....Also you could run a 360/35mm (push/pull) in the top, bottom 1x240 (push or pull only) and another 1x240 front (push/pull)....

My resolution is 2560x1440 ( Dell U2713HM)
CPU i7 4470k
Ram 32GB @1866

I am using AIR KINGPIN stock

What are the optimal settings in nvidia control, if you could go through it line-by-line for a max system ( GTX 780 ti KINGPIN)? I appreciate your help

Antistropic filtering: []
Antialiasing - fxaa: []
Antialiasting - gamma correction: []

I would appreciate a full answer to this question, not just one comment about anti-aliasing or a comment about how it's complicated and ten paragraphs of text or multiple links

I love this site and have posted many times - just cutting to the chase because I know the usual range of responses before someone kindly actually answers the question

I appreciate your help

And, as always, I have the most recent drivers, I know about beta drivers, please don't mention anything about drivers.

Thanks much

Hope this helps. This is my settings from NVCP although I have "more" tweaked through NVidia Inspector. This are my gaming settings and I mostly aim for higher quality without compromising too much on performance.

Ambient occlusion: [Quality]
Antistropic filtering: [16x]
Antialiasing - fxaa: [On]
Antialiasting - gamma correction: [On]
Antialiasing mode: [Application-controlled] Same as below. Use override or enhance accordingly.
antialiasing setting: [Application-controlled] You can change if necessary. I leave it on App-Contr. since I use the in-game AA settings for most of my games.
antialiasing - transparency: [Multisample]
CUDA - GPUS: [All]
maximum pre-rendered frames: [1] Note: I read it might help with inpute lag and a bit with performance. Reset it to 3 if don't like it.
multi-display mixed gpu acceleration: [Single display]
Power management mode: [Adaptive]
Texture filtering - Anisotropic sample Optimization: [On]
Texture filtering - negative LOD bias: [Clamp]
Texture filtering - Quality: [Quality] Note: You can use High Quality too for more visual quality.
Texture filtering - Trilinear optimization: [On]
Threaded optimization: [Auto]
Triple buffering: [On]
Vertical sync: [Adaptive]

A nice guide/article that I'm sure it will answer most of your questions about NVCP settings.

.

I would stay away from this reservoir. I've seen a few different reviews/builds saying it leaked or cracked.
ex: http://www.overclock.net/t/1396332/build-log-zebra-ii-watercooled-350d-with-gtx780-sli

I was planning on getting one for a while because it was so cheap. But don't risk it, and just get a koolance or a phobya

review: http://martinsliquidlab.org/2011/02/25/koolance-rp-402x2-rp-452x2/

also, with the rads, IF you have room for it, the RX series is a little better at lower fan speeds... and if you don't have room for the thickness, the AX series is a little better at the higher fan speeds.

Otherwise looks good.
