Thanks mate for the info.But for the extra +50mv i dont know where is on or off the switches because have only option 1-2 or on
As you can see at the foto i have it on position ON if i put and the 2 switches on 1-2 probably i get the extra volatge ?

Turning both switches to ON will give you +50mV, that's all there is to it.

In that position the sliders are on and you should be getting the extra +50mV.if you slide them to the 1-2 position it is off.

Yes, the 1/2 are just indicators for each switch and that position is OFF.
