Hi, I'm new man in this forum and even Classified series from EVGA!!. : )

I got kingpins and I fnally realized they must be under the water.

I wil try to use EVGA 780 ti Classifed Water Block for my Kingpin.

Is that water block fitable to Kingpin??
(I think...It may not be perfectly fited to Kingpin...because NO ONE in this forum try it to the Kingpin!! Everybody try just EK waterblock...)

If not...please tell me the reason....
(Even all configuration are same as 780 Ti classified!! Isn't it?...Numver of Power phase, VRMs...same...except one more 6 pin power connector and different position of EVBOT connector...)

please...

It will not fit due to the evbot port on the end of the card, would need to modify the block, maybe cut the end of the block off past the vrm area

Yep, the EK Classified GTX 780 block will fit the Kingpin, GTX 780 TI Classy and ofcourse the regular Classy GTX 780. Because the block is short, not full cover, the critical changes to the end of the card will not have the block covering it.

The EK back plate for the Classy 780 and 780ti will not fit the Kingpin, so there is a rev 2 Classy 780 back plate that you'd need to buy if you wish to have a back plate. I found that the rev 2 back plate still did not fit anyways and I simply used the stock Kingpin back plate for my card. I find that it looks much nicer anyways. Sucks I wasted a few bucks for the unused Ek one though.

For the Hydro Copper to fit, you'd need to chisel away at the circled area to make room for the 6 pin and EVbot port connectors by the looks of it:

I have tried both the 3888KPTI and the XOCKPTI Rev 2. Both were pretty much the same in terms of black screens galore and driver/system crashes. I need to figure out how much boost I generally get because initially I wasn't accounting much for that and the boost combined with my high overclock numbers resulted in instability.

I got pretty great cards as far as KPEs go- on sync, both were stable without artifacts at 1452 core on Valley at 1.212V via Precision X alone.

Great cards!

Mine can't even do 1306Mhz with +62 on AB and both switches to on for the voltage on the back of the card which on my card translates to 1.33 - 1.34v load(DMM) without artifacts in 3dmark11.

Maybe it's an LN2 beast? might have to get a pot and give it a go to justify the money spent.
