so those 2 options are for gpu protector and memory protector.I think is the same like the swithches on the backplate of the card. But what happened when these swithces are off on the card?
Don't know. But I turn off OCP on switch, and make evbot "Extreme". When there is a "good", "better", "best" setting, I always just choose "best" and be done with it, lol biggrin.gif The internals are so beefed up in this card, I don't think you can mess it up. TiN did a great job zombifiying these KPE's for us!

I think its because you are a trouble maker. tongue.gif
Just jk. ..lol
I have been whining about this card too because of some of the clocks I have seen on water, so you have good company. tongue.gif
But. I have realized that with this card, either you go sub zero cooling/ ln2, or you go home. biggrin.gif
There is no happy middle ground. The happy middle ground is 780 classy Ti smile.gif

Hello,

What do you think of a GTX780TI Kingpin 100 % stable in games on air at 1228 Mhz and 1.2 V (fan not at 100 %, card quite silent) ? Someone is selling it and I may buy the card to watercool it. But it seems that his GPU is not good, I am likely to reach only 1350 Mhz at 1.4 V under water ?

What is your opinion ?

will you be mostly gaming or will you be benchmarking?

if gaming you can probably find a different card that will do 1350 game stable under water, these cards really were made to bench, but they are good at gaming.

How much is he selling it for?

I'm whining before I get card...
Now I'm very happy because I can feel power in card... I will put under water this card at max 6 months.
Because I tell you I feel this is excellent card. That doesn't mean maybe he is excellent for overclocking but we will pull something I'm sure in that.
This is best model I ever had in life for now, unique, elegant, build strong, you see real custom card and when NVIDIA use same chip for Tesla K40 that mean something.
You know I could order GTX780Ti Classified, but that is not warranty for higher ASIC, higher GPU Clock and higher Memory Clock even on Air.
And only for 50e less. But I need to order and backplate and than became almost same price than I decide to buy this model. If perform well under LN2 with so much BIOS option it's main card of EVGA and best GTX780Ti model. It's very nice when card boost on 1202MHz and have 5-6C less on such clock than GTX780 Classified on 1200MHz, because she need to be OC little for that.
I didn't wrong because I bough KP Classified I know that, I'm completely sure in that.
I'm not sure but this card look me little stronger than GTX780 Classified, like ribs are stronger and card leave stronger feeling when you connect power cables but maybe because have 3 power connectors and than back side is stronger. This card fit excellent in PCI-E slot of my motherboard, perfectly as some reference card, when you lock in slot card stay right like screw hold bracket and before I put them.

I am interested in gaming only. He is selling it for 610 € shipping fees included.
