Never know though, maybe tonight I'll give-in when the loop is about to freeze biggrin.gif

I use 50% alcohol for cold nights. Alcohol won't freeze until around -110C.

That is the Mac daddy of all rads. That with 18 AP15's is a sight to behold. Add in 3x DDC pumps in series and a 400 ml res and you have the most bada$$ watercooler out there.

Need to make a spot outside for the computer tonight with temps of -25C outside tonight smile.gif
Also need to figure out which of these liquids (except 2 bottles on the left) to put inside the wc loop to keep it from freezing.
I will be draining and cleaning the loop after the bench session though and replacing with fresh HydrX-PM.

Very interested to see the outcome with this marc.

I hope your water gear doesn't get hurt long term.

Reading a little bit about the subject, seems washer fluid is the best option without harm?

Good luck! If you use antifreeze, you will have to replace your tubing. The antifreeze will make clear tubing turn cloudy.

Man I am envious of you guys who even need to consider antifreeze for benching, I really want to know what my cards can do at low temps since they both can go 1550ish core at 40 C load.

Why not use Mayhem XT-1?
That's stuff is made for freezing temperatures.
