Sorry for all the questions but one last one, what is the little strip (looks like a thermal pad) that comes with the graphics card? It says to use it for aftermarket cooling. Where does that go or is it even neccessary?

For 1215MHz it takes 1.268v (read with DMM) to not artifact (on normal BIOS).

Have an older LN2 BIOS on there (3888) and artifacts at 1250 with 1.31v in FS-Extreme

All using the latest driver

I'm interested in this also for those that are still on stock cooling.
What are your max OC's

what voltage do people recommend is max for 24/7 and bench?

I leave mine stock form normal use, it boosts to 1202mhz straight out the box.
1372mhz valley
1346mhz 3dm11 (1.31v DMM for all, my card uses this stock without any adjustment?)

Memory clocks better than some
- 8000mhz stock LN2 bios
- 8300mhz 3888 bios (all at 1.65v DMM, not tried higher Volts yet so I could get higher clocks)

I have not tried any voltage increase at all so far, temps reach 58-62c max while benching.

I'm back on stock LN2 bios as I'm having trouble with all others with random freezing or clocks dropping when benching.
Anyone else had this issue? Seems worse with all Sk3nt bios

I use mine for benching only, so the ate not daily settings.

2X SLI

1424 core @ 1.3v evbot - significantly higher actual vgpu depending on the bench. Be sure to use a DMM.

1875 mem @ 1.8v

Fans all over to cool.

its ek ectotherm that usually comes with their blocks. When you buy one of their supremacy blocks they give you a small thing of the gc extreme. i think someone did a comparison and the ek ectotherm is about on par with mx-2, which isnt bad at all for an included paste. Much better than some companies that give out paste equivalent to three days dried up in the sun feces.
