Is that what they did?

I was wondering why so many folks were using the Smart Pistol last night.... it was really pissin' me off.

The extremely smart people at Respawn thought it would be a great idea to completely rewrite the source engine, ruin the best parts of it, and then tie every action to FPS.... So, people with higher refresh rates shoot faster, lock on faster, run faster. and just pretty much do about everything faster.

120/144hz monitors are required for FPS games but with Titanfall, they really went next level. hahaha

120hz monitors are far from required for FPS gaming. Sure, it's a better experience, but it's not required to play FPS games.

Wow, guess I need to overclock my lcd to 75-80 and hope to keep up with the super lock on people.

I was mainly speaking about competitive gaming (csgo for instance) though. There truly is an advantage playing on 120hz compared to 60hz.

Oh trust me, I know. Look at my systems. Both are 120hz. tongue.gif But if you are going to talk competitive, then why aren't you using a CRT? FW900 anyone?

Well I did not mean to start a debate about 120hz/60hz but I did used a CRT when I was playing CS 1.6.

As for now, I don't think CRT screens are hitting past 100hz ence why I'm using my VG248QE. (I might be wrong, I did not check)
