Yes, the Deep Impact is amazing. I have my CPU in sig, @ the OC in my sig, lol, with it and two 60cfm fans.
Load= 42-43
Idle= 30-33
I'm running it @1.465Vcore and having no problems. Just don't use the stock fans that come with it. They do look nice, but they look much better as rear exhauts.

sidewinder, the site Waffles listed above, is selling the xp-90 in a retail config with a 45cfm fan for $36.00. (I think the fan 35 dB though....)

That's a pretty good deal.

I got to 3.9Ghz with a Zalman 7000b Cu. I replaced the fan with something a littel stronger and got 4.0Ghz from it.

thermaltake tower 112's really nice, it's proven itself over and over again, ask anyone who has one. don't listen to people tell you that it'll crack your motherboard, because they're ignorant and don't even have one. PM any member who has a tower 112, including bindusar, me, and...idk who else. there are a lot of people who have them, and it's a great heatsink. zipzoomfly.com has the best deal on them right now, at like 44.95 plus free 2nd day air shipping.
