Hi there,

Maybe I've got something helpfull for you.

If you take out you motherboard-battery and leave that one out for about 1 minute, does that help?

If not, maybe you should check your powersupply on something like low power. You could also try this if you like, but it may take some time, remove everything inside of your computer. Remove all components out of your frame. Cables, components, srews, take everything what's connected with each other out of it. Then just clean those items with a cloth or something like that. After done that, replace everything inside and connect them again.

Good luck!

RobZ has a good point. Start at the "bottom". Verify that your PSU has power by using a multimeter on the 12V and 5V lines.

If so, then on to the next step....

That's always a good idea. Remount everything inside the case. Then you can start to diagnose problems.
