Motherboard mounting safe or not?

Im trying to make things look a lot more tidier & minimise in my case, the first time i built it it looked like a mess (please refer to this thread if needed to look at previous install http://www.overclock.net/t/1458044/xigmatek-aquila-micro-atx) and now I'v removed a shelf that that was holding the motherboard that seemed to be a bit of a waste and took up a lot of room, so i removed it and ended up with it looking like this;

Basically iv mounted a micro-ATX motherboard onto a mini-ITX meaning I'v lost out on 2 screws that held the motherboard secure at the end. I personally wouldn't have done this as there would have been nothing for the motherboard to rest on, but since i have the Asus armour kit installed it comes with this back plating to prevent PCB bending or bowing due to heavy components, i believe it should be safe and does feel safe, but i'm a complete noob to all of this so i might be wrong blushsmiley.gif.

Here is a image of the motherboard installed with the back plate;

Any one confirm if it will be okay?
Many thanks in advance

depending on how many screws are holding it down now i would say its good as long as you dont move it a whole lot.

only 8 screws can be screwed into the matx motherboard but iv only lost out on 2 meaning 6 are holding it down, and the weight of my graphic card is very light despite being large with nothing really else installed the part that the 2 screws are missing is the edge which has only the sata cables plugged in, usb 3 cable and the atx cable nothing else.

So i should be okay? biggrin.gif
