AMD 960T Core Clock Fluctuation

Hey guys I have this weird problem(i think)....My core frequency occasionally jumps around between 3.8-3.9ghz as seen in the pic.

Im overclocking with Load Line Calibration enabled with a manual voltage setting at 1.3v anything less than that and I get crashes in game and errors during prime 95.

I have load line calibration on because I get a pretty bad voltage drop under load.

Turbo core
EPU power saving
And all the other stuff is off

Is the fluctuation due to too much voltage?

By looking at your NB clock, I can safely say that its your FSB fluctuating a little bit, which is perfectly fine, just this is magnified when using a high multiplier, this is why you see a 80MHz difference, as the multiplier goes higher, this 'difference' will get bigger because of a higher rmutli
