Best rad/heatercore from danger den?

Thread Starter
Alright, within the next few months I'm going to be volt modding a lot of video cards, so I'm getting a wcing loop together just for the gpu's So far I have a Mag II LE pump, 1/2" clear flex tubing, DD reseviour, and a Maze4, so all I need is a radiator. Wouldn't a heater core be overkill? I mean, kinda large just for a GPU (although I plan on a G80 soon?), and why couldn't I use just a small compact 80mm rad? And what would be the best way to mount it on the rear of my case?

Just get a single 120mm heatercore. GPUs now put out enough heat to make it not overkill. 4-Winds makes a nice one that is the perfect size. You could easily pick one up at a junkyard or somewhere.

I believe most heater cores don't have 1/2" inlet/outlets though right? I don't want to braze anything....

thats what i would get

really its all you need for a single water block whether its a cpu or gpu

edit: why would he need a triple 120 mm fan radiator for a gpu, thats way overkill if you ask me
