What can I expect from my setup?

Hey guys/girls,

Im just curious to know what kind of overclocking I may expect to see out of my setup. Here it is:
1.Intel E6300 (week 28)
2.Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3
3.XFX 7950 Extreme
4.2GB Corsair 6400C4
5.Seatgate 7000.10 250G HD

This will be run on stock cooling until I can afford to get a Tuniq Tower120

I also would like to know if I got a decent week (28) with my C2D or not.And weather I should even try to bother to overclock with the stock cooling and what you think I can achieve with it.
I have never had a system like this and have never tried to overclock.I have just read through this great forum to find out how to do it and am still somewhat confused.I would also like to say THANK YOU to all you members here that take the time out to help us noobs out,you guys rock!!!

Thats not too bad of a system. That will perform well. I do not know a whole lot about c2d but I know they do overclock well with stock so you should be fine for now. And if you need help overclocking just ask because a lot of people here have a similiar rig to you

I think you can always expect well from a c2d and 2 gigs of ram.

3.4-3.5 with TT 120 and 3 GHz with stock
provided your RAM can keep up
and your motherboard is an excellent choice it should do fine

yeah spend less and get MORE performance---thats the way of the overclocker
i spent $700 on mine, and i could hit 3.8 on my 6400!

btw, fill in your system specs in the UserCP at top of screen, so we can see your nice new rig!

yeah its fun, as long as you are careful you should be able to get a really high, stable overclock that will allow for 15 second bootups and multiple games running at once LOL....
