i think that the state should put wifi along highways atleast the ones you have to pay tolls for

so who pays the fins when people download illeigally?? i have heard stories of people not securing their wireless and paying fines because other people used their wireless to download illegally.

Yes, so have many cities. But it's always been very limited and restricted. Now wi-fi is covering much, much larger regions, and more fully.

Reception is good, I just ordered a wi-fi card, I should be able to access Google's wi-fi from home

A bit worried about hackers though.
