There are a few cards that have decent vBIOS out of the box and don't benefit from his tweaks

Is there anybody have The Stilt's BIOS file for MSI 7970 Lightning (None BE) which uses SK Hynix H5GQ2H24MFR memory? Its name is MSI_TV278MS_103_K2_AGR_VA.zip.
