You can't use a miniTOS as there is no optical output.
Hm, I have one of those too, I thought I tried using it. I wouldn't have to change it to Digital I/O, would I? I can leave it set as Line In, in the X-Fi control panel, right?

To use the digital output, you do need to change it to Digital I/O in the settings.

And I still just use the same 3.5mm out (on the card) as I was using? Or should I switch to the furthest jack, like TwoCables suggested above?

If you were looking at the back of the case, the Flexijack is the jack furthest to the right.

Got it now. Thanks for the help. I guess last time I didn't realize to change it to Digital I/O.
