Hello newcomer! A warm welcome from the OC.net community!

First off, Here's a link to record video card overclocks on this site: http://www.overclock.net/faqs/29794-...hics-card.html

From the looks of it, there currently isn't a 7300se record overclock... so I guess its yours!

As for the low settings problem... sadly, it's probably your graphics card... built in video cards usually aren't a good idea for gaming... If you have the cash, we can help you pick out a better card thats within your price range ...

Lastly, overclocking your cpu is dependant on your motherboard and we're not really aware of the brand... help us help you and fill out your system specifications under your user cp! if you can't figure out some of the parts, it would probably help to download cpu-z found here!

Post back with further questions and enjoy your stay at OC.net!

PSU's can come in all different sizes but are usually the easiest things to fit in a case next to ROM drives.

dont feel bad you didnt buy the worst computer. it just needs upgrades thats all. well your processor seems fine and you have a 775 socket so you can upgrade to c2d if your mobo can handle. an d try upgrading your video card so its not intergrated. onc eyou get a dedicated video card your games will fly!

C2d is core 2 duo. ITs a very exspensive processor and should be later on your list of upgrades as it won't bottleneck you and your current isn't bad.

And no, i think 7600GT's run at 330W minimum. You can look most of it up at the retailer sites.
