The "Monochrome"

Hello everyone! Today i have just finished my first custom watercooling system attempt. This rig is old actually but i did some improvements on it and change some parts. And i love black and white because of the simple style, and that is why i call it The "Monochrome" as it refers to "black and white photography". My build isn´t actually entirely black (like the graphic card and the un-sleeved cables) but most of the components are. There is nothing special tough, but i just want to share my work to you guys. I hope you like it smile.gif .

Surprised to see you going Pump > CPU > Rad. How much are your temps affected? (Building a WC'd Midi R2 myself)

You're welcome thumb.gif .
Yea i agree to that! But it is hard to find full cover gpu waterblock for such mid range graphic card. Maybe later when i have something higher than R9 270X then i will add moar toobz biggrin.gif

Yea i know it's not the most effective tube order, but it's for the clean looking. I can't find a better idea than that. But i'm impressed and satisfied with it since it's my first time building custom watercooling loop. When i used air cooler, the cpu temperature on idle was about 17-19 degree celcius and when i ran prime95 for 2 hours it reached 55 degree celcius. (Yeah it's winter here and my room temperature is between 5-15 degree celcius maybe. I dont have thermometer to measure it tongue.gif . And the cpu is overclocked to 4,3 Ghz for now. Maybe later will OC higher since it's already WC'ed redface.gif)

But when i switched to WC the temperature surprisingly drop to 1 degree celcius on idle and i run prime95 for about an hour and it's hardly reach 30 degree celcius. I don't know if my system read the temperature correctly or not thinking.gif

The hell do you wear at your desk, full snow clothes? Hope your water never freezes!

I would say Everest(?) isn't reading it correctly for it to be 5°+ below ambient tongue.gif

Lol i actually don't know my room temperature. I only use a shirt but i think it's not that cold and i also have my heater switched on. So maybe my room temperature isn't that low. I'm just guessing it.

The temp for my mobo is also not that low. I myself also got surprised to see 1 degree on the cpu blinksmiley.gif
