Rig Builder gives an error when attempting to edit a rig

  • What happened?
See the title. I get the generic "error" page everytime I try to edit a rig in rig builder. I can seem to make a new rig, but it errors out upon finishing, so I can't go back and edit it.

  • Are you able to reproduce this problem consistently?
    Yes

  • What steps did you take to reproduce this problem?
Click on any of my rigs made via rig builder. You'll get the generic error page.

  • What action did you expect to occur when this bug appeared?
I expected to be able to edit my rigs.

  • Any additional information that will help us diagnose the issue:
    Not really.

  • Browser, active browser addons, and operating system:
Chrome, adblock plus, avast add on, Windows 8.1 and Windows 7. Haven't tried via android since the mobile platform doesn't allow advanced functionality of the site.

  • URL where the issue occurs:
I can't get the URL as it just goes to a generic error page.

I'm having the same issue, subbed to see if anyone can help us! thumb.gif

Getting the same generic error ("There seems to be a problem") when attempting to modify an existing rig. However, it still saves any modifications made in step 2 (components). The "save and finish" button in step 5 brings up the error.

The external API used for price lookups is experiencing some stability issues. We have patched the software to be a bit more resilient to such errors. Please followup here if you are still experiencing the issue.
