Thread Starter
Can someone post screenshots, of the same game, in the same area, etc, with one in 1440x900 and the other in 1680x1050? I wanna see if the extra is worth it, even though I don't have enough for it. ($30-$50 more that I don't have.) Only game(s) I really play is CS:S, a little BF2, NFS series, and games that won't really have a problem with 1680x1050 with a 7600GT.

Want to see the difference between the two.

This aint one of the options, my personal choice is 1600x1200 very crisp, although you want wide screen I take it, so I'd go with 1680x1050 if you want real detailed stuff

I got a 1440/900 of Far Cry w/HDR. I'll attach in a sec.

EDIT: I can't seem to attach; but if you want to save some cash, the 1440/900's are perfectly fine for gaming. I upgraded from a Sony 17" 1280/1024, and its more than a worthy replacement.

CSS looks kickass on my 20" WS. Go for 1680 x 1050. I think I've got a screenshot, hold on a sec.
