Did I kill my DFI NF4-DAGF?

I decided to upgrade my rig, I was running:

A64 3000+
corsair value select 1Gig
2x Maxtors 200G Raid 0 (400Gig)
6600GT video card
Antec NEO 480 PS

Well I decided I wanted to get as fast as possibe for cheap, while the 939 stuff is still avaliable. i decided the best bang for the buck would be a 170 Opty and Teem RAM (2Gig DDR500) Planed on mild o'clock CPU 2.5MHz, 250FSB (for DDR500)

So this weekend I tackle the project BU HD, newest BIOS. System runs fine to this point. I boot and run the system in between each change. Show time, I power down, unplug, hit the power switch one last time to discharge any power. Change my CPU and RAM, Power up, NOTHING! I do mean nothing, I don't even get to POST. At best the Southbridge ( I think that is the correct term) fan will spin just a little then stop again. No CPU fan, no system fans, (they are tapped into the power supply, not the board) Dead Kaput!

Thus far I have:
Switched CPU back - no change
Switched Memory back - no change
cleared CMOS - no change
Presantly pulled the battery and jumping the CMOS clear for a longer time frame

I'm DEAD! and lost I am going to see if someone can test my powersupply tomorrow but I am running out of ideas.

Add to the problem the whole dfi-street thing and my timing could get no worse! Anyone here have any ideas? I'm thinking I have a motherboard prob?

Boot with your Corsair memory, and set your memory voltages to 2.8-2.9. Turn off your computer, and put in your new Teem memory.

Edit: Nevermind...I didn't notice that none of your fans are spinning.

DAGF Lives!

Had to take a break for my new arrival (Baby boy) finally got back to my computer. POWER SUPPLY! Had it tested found it was shorted, replaced and viola, I start booting. I am in the process of getting my Opty 170 dialed in but every thing seem to be working well

Antec neopower 480 dead!
