It could also be the motherboard. I doubt it's the RAM though. A RAM failure would either freeze the PC up or throw you a blue screen. It is just shutting down, not rebooting?

BTW when I ran prime95 with ATI tool. It did crashed, so you were right.

I think my power supply is dieing too..How is this one to replace it.

Unless you have 4 video cards you dont need that much wattage 700-750 watts is all you need and even that is way more then enough

Your rig doesn't pull any more than about 500-525W while gaming. So no. Yeah, that's with two 670s in your system.

For some reason it turns off my entire house hold. Its a hybrid Power supply. so the fan turns up on auto. but I noticed that it turns on in Hybrid. I checked the cables & put everything is at stocked settings. So I don't know what's shutting off my computer & my house.

Your breaker might be overloaded. Unplug heaters or other high wattage items from the same circuit/room.
